1951 Morgan Plus 4 Drophead Coupe
Now finished in Oxford Blue over black leather, this Plus 4 is documented as the "Most Raced Drophead Ever".
From 1952-56, "KNP 5" competed in many prestigious events, piloted by famous Morgan racers.
KNP 5 was retired thereafter and subsequently purchased by the previous owner in 1972 who set out to restore the car to its former glory.
A comprehensive rebuild/restoration was completed in 2005 and still presents remarkably well to this day. 80+ photos can be found on our website, including the undercarriage.
Accompanying this Drophead is a binder containing an outline of the rebuild, articles that feature its racing history, along with numerous photos during the restoration process.
